## Membership (core)
Membership funds the commons and unlocks full participation (posting, listing, messaging, advanced tools).

Available pricing options (keep consistent with the UI):
- **Standard membership**:
  - $5/month
  - $50/year
- **Catalyst membership** (patronage tier; same product):
  - $25/month
  - $250/year
  - Helps subsidize neighbors and fund the commons

If someone can't afford membership:
- Pantree aims to keep the commons accessible.
- Encourage them to reach out; the goal is more yards in the commons, not more cards on file.

## Marketplace fee
- **5% fee** on paid transactions (provider-side)
- **0% fee** on Free/Trade listings

Pantree keeps fees deliberately low so value circulates locally.

## Founder service (optional)
**"Reading the Landscape"** — $295
- 2-3 hour in-yard consultation with the founder
- Designed to seed trust, unblock plans, and bridge people into the platform
- Travel may be possible for high-interest communities
